From here, we commonly develop study drawings, documents, models or other media to bring ideas to life, ultimately producing a schematic design for your approval.
2. DETAILS
Next, we take the schematic design to the level of detail unique to each project. Details span from mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural elements, ranging from carpentry to lighting. From here, a general contractor can create an initial quote from these drawings.
3. Documentation
We will translate these detailed drawings into documents for construction. This package will equip the contractor to produce a final bid and seek any necessary permits for demolition and construction.
4. Oversight
We provide on-going contract administration throughout the building process to help builders trouble-shoot unexpected issues and assure you of conformity with the plans you approved.
